The Plant started back in the year 2017 with the aim of building Injection Moulded products of Flexible packaging as well as other industries like Electricals, Auto, Home appliances, Industrial, Medical etc. Plant is equipped with well renowned Injection Moulding Machines from Manufacturers like Arburg, Toshiba and Milacron. Machine Tonnage available are of 150 Tons, 180 Tons and 250 Tons.
Currently, we supply the plastic packaging products like Caps, Spouts, Tube Caps, Shoulders, Zippers and Sliders etc. We are currently supplying to UFlex interunit companies as well as External customers like well-known Brand ITC.
We are having our own mould maintenance department for maintenance of Production tools as well as a good vendor base for tool manufacturing in India as well as Overseas. Also, having our own Quality Lab well equipped with required testing equipment for plastic products where inspection & testing is performed in the guidance of a highly experienced and skilled team.
