We have well-equipped and efficient Injection Moulding Machines from Arburg, Toshiba and Milacron, having machine tonnage ranging from 150 Tons – 250 Tons. We have in total 19 Machines and more in a process according to the Industry and Market requirement.
We have a well-documented and certified Quality System in place. Our quality lab is well equipped with Olympus tool room microscope with camera, Stereo Zoom Microscope, Innomatic leakage testing machine, Moisture Analyzer, Melt flow Index Tester, precision weighing scales, and many others, just to assure the quality of our products.
We have a well equipped and spaced tool room for maintenance of moulds in operation and well skilled and experienced team to perform the Mould maintenance work efficiently to avoid any loopholes in Operations. We are also capable of undertaking minor modifications in moulds in-house.
We at UFlex have multiple numbers of Assembly machines to perform the assembly operation to fulfill customers’ demands under one roof.
Total Area of Plant is 30 x 60 meter having total 5 floors with well-equipped Machinery and currently having manpower of approx. 120 persons to complete the day-to-day operations.
